Processing and transit

Most orders leave our shop within 1 to 2 business days. Domestic transit usually runs 3 to 7 business days depending on the carrier and your location. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Discreet, smell-proof packaging

Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with smell-proof interior packaging. There's no branding, product name or anything else on the outside that gives away what's inside.

Age verification on delivery

You must be 21 or older to order. Some carriers or jurisdictions require an adult signature with ID at delivery; if your order needs one, we'll note it in your shipping confirmation.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States where our products are legal to receive. A small number of items can't ship to every address because of state or local rules. If something in your order can't ship to your location, we'll contact you and refund that item.

Local pickup

We're based in southeast Louisiana, and local pickup or drop-off is available. Choose it at checkout when offered, and you'll get the pickup details with your confirmation.

Damaged in transit

Glass sometimes loses to the carrier. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right. Details on the Returns page.
