Returns & refunds

30-day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on any item that has been used, and consumable items like butane and papers are final sale once opened.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives broken, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, and you won't pay return postage for our mistake.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is our fault.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale returns are handled case by case under your account terms. Reach out to your contact or email us and we'll sort it out.
