How old do I have to be to order?
You have to be 21 or older to shop with us. The carrier may also ask to check ID when your order shows up.
How is my order packaged?
Discreetly. Every order goes out in plain, smell-proof packaging with nothing on the box that gives away what's inside.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States where our products are legal to receive. If an item can't ship to your address, we'll contact you and refund that item.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our shop within 1 to 2 business days, and domestic transit usually runs 3 to 7 business days depending on the carrier and your location.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Our catalog comes straight from our authorized distribution partner, so everything we sell is authentic, brand-name stock: Puffco, Focus V, Eyce, Randy's, Dime Bags, Vector and more. No knockoffs, no gray-market glass.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. If you run a shop, you get lower rates on the whole catalog. Fill out the wholesale form on our About page and we'll take it from there.

Can I pick up locally?
Yes. We're based in southeast Louisiana, and local pickup and drop-off are both options. Pick whichever you want at checkout when it's offered.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll replace the item or refund it. See our Returns page for the full policy.
How do I get help with an order?
